Evaluation

In lesson for the past couple of weeks we’ve been studying and doing work on the Selection Tool

 The rectangle tool

  The type tool

Adobe Youth Voices, which also involve making a poster.

Ade taught us how to use Illustrator that includes the basic tools such as

  • The selection tool

  • The rectangle tool

  • The type tool

The selection tool is use to increase the size of an object or move the object around the page.

The rectangle tool is use to add or manipulate different and unique shapes to an image.

The type tool is used to highlight where you want to type and to add information to your piece.

In lesson we had to create a mood board colour scheme

The mood board colour is use to experiment different colours like red, blue or green and different form of text. The colour scheme helps us to recognise the different colour that are use in some of the pictures e.g. (Adobe youth voices logo is red and white which was use in one of the colour scheme).

The mood board text/font

With Mood Board text we experimented different forms and variations of text including different fonts that could’ve been used for the final version.

This is the first of my three practice posters, which I had done, we experimented to see which images and textures would look nice for the final one.

 The first poster

This poster is very simple and it only has two colours such as red and blue.

The third poster helped me to decide what my final poster is going to be.

 The second Poster

For the second poster I decide to make it a bit different by using the drawing tool which helped my design the ‘A’.
